Why I Want to Tell You About it…
I still remember that wonderful moment. It’s coming in front of my eyes right now. That wave taking me to the shore. That huge board sliding on the surface of the water, dragged by the wave. The incredible feeling of moving in complete harmony with the ocean. I felt time stop and my mind get empty. Ashore, I fell off the board, I got up and I said to myself: “I’m gonna do this for the rest of my fucking life”.

When I went for a surf trip, I’ve met a lot of people from different country and sharing different perspective about LIFE.

I just wanted to live my life by sharing with people what I loved the most: surfing. That’s why I started Pink Sunset. I never thought I’d have a business one day. I had always disliked the figure of the entrepreneur. I didn’t want to be a boss. And suddenly those few surfboards I kept in my garage led to a project in which an entire work team now believes. And those people now live thanks to the happiness we pass on to other students.
And this is precisely Pink Sunset’s mission: to create and share happiness through the passion for surfing, for the people who are part of it and for those who decide to try this wonderful sport that has changed our lives. We’ll do our best to do everything with love ”

Yes, Cherating is a great destination for beginner surfers. The waves suitable for those who are just starting to learn.
Q:What is the best time for beginners to visit Cherating for surfing?
The best time for beginners to visit Cherating for surfing is during the monsoon season (Nov - Mac).
Q: Can I join the surf camp without accommodation? I would prefer to stay on my own.
Yes you can. Your package for Surf Camp will minus RM400 without accommodation.
Q: Where I will stay for 3D2N for Surf Camp?
You will stay in Royal Chulan Chalet or Residence Inn Hotel (depend on availability on your chosen date)
Q: I can’t swim. Is it safe for me to surf?
You will be guided by instructor and Cherating surf spot is swallow water during low tides, safe for beginner.
Q: What should I bring for surfing?
Just bring your swimming suits, sunscreen, zinc and a reusable water bottle as we may be spending long hours in the sun when surfing. You may also bring a rain coat as it is wet season during monsoon.
